This section adds detail specific to the data flows involved in supplying our free Software Products (the Docuex AutoCAD LISP Tools).
17.1.1 You can download our free Software Products in two ways:
17.2.1 If you provide an email address, we use it to (a) send you the download link, and (b) with your continued consent, occasionally notify you of important updates to the product, such as bug fixes or new versions.
17.2.2 We do not use the email for general marketing, do not share it with third parties, and do not enrol you in any newsletter.

18.1 This section explains how the Docuex Client Portal app for Android handles your information. It supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy. The data controller is Docuex Ltd (www.docuex.co.uk).
18.3.1 The app can open your camera or file picker only when you choose to attach plans to an enquiry. We access a photo or file only after you select it. We do not access your camera, photos or files in the background.
18.5.1 Enquiry details submitted via the app are retained for 24 months so we can follow up and provide quotes. Client account and project data is retained for as long as you are a client and as required for our legal and accounting obligations.
18.6.1 Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of an enquiry or app account, contact us at privacy@docuex.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
